We found the whole process quick and easy.

We were very impressed with the ladies at Dogstival who sold us this product and how gentle they were taking the DNA by gently swabbing our dogs gums. It was easy to confirm the Registration on-line and our Certificate came confirming our dog is now safely on their Register

A great service. Very quick in receiving the results and knowing my Pup is now on the database is such a relief.
Seeing the certificate is great, but not being an expert in HLA's, I don't completely understand the numbers.
Would definitely pay extra to know his definitive breed, traits and any other health conditions he may have. Would be great compared to other DNA testing kits on the market.

I came across DNA Protect at a dog show. After listening to the talk I decided to get my dog on the register. We brought the test home and it was simple to.use. My son who is studying Forensics at uni took the sample (great practice) we recvd the email within z few days to say my dog was on the register and with the results. Very impressed

Kit arrived promptly with clear instructions.
It didn’t take long to process.

The kit was super in terms of the way it was created with all great & easy to follow instructions, and how fast it arrived.
Once the kit was received by Cellmark, they'd informed me about it and then in no time at all, there was another email confirmation with the certificate of my dog being on DNA forensics data. Although he is chipped, it's literally just helpful for some local situations if he escapes in the neighbourhood, but DNA test kit is another level of protection in case it goes horribly wrong and he gets stolen (being a beautiful young beagle). So happy with this great idea of a peace of mind, and that he also wears a keychain saying that his DNA is in the system, so he should better be returned to the owners 👍

I bought this for some peace of mind and that’s exactly what I’ve got. The sampling was simple to do, timescales were explained and stuck to and my local constabulary endorsed them which all helps to reinforce that peace. Happy I did this.

It was clear and easy to collect the sample and send it to them. They have emailed the certificates to say my dogs are both on the SNA data base now and I feel happy that they’re a little bit more secure now.

DNA Protected is the only infallible way to identify my dog if lost or stolen - there's simply no way to fake a DNA profile.

This is an excellent idea. They have also provided a good service within good timescales.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Easy to swab and send and quick to go on the database. I feel secure that my dog is protected.

Excellent service. And knowing my dog is a bit more protected against dog theft, makes be feel so much better. Only quibble would be is that it would have been lovely to have received the certificate by post and not email, as I useless with technology. But I am happy with how quickly it all took from start to finish.

Easy and quick process to get my 2 Cocker Spaniel puppies DNA registered.

The kit is dispatched quickly and includes stickers for the car windows and the collar, leads and identity discs are extra cost but of a high quality and very noticeable.
We had to take the pups for a second vaccination so the vet completed the swabs and forms on our behalf and I posted them but it's easy to do yourself.
The confirmation and registration certificates came via email and the whole experience was excellent

I feel my dog is much more protected now he is listed on the dog dna database, and that there would be no ownership dispute should he be stolen or go missing.
