Good fast response

DLG Legal Services took on my complex accident at work claim.
Zareen Riaz was put in charge of my case and I can't speak highly enough of her. She was professional caring and kept me updated throughout the process until it was settled
She was always available to talk to and answered all my questions.

This review is for Mel Metcalfe in the Multi Track team, who has recently taken over my claim for personal injury following a car accident where I sustained multiple injuries.

I understand Mel is new to DLG, but has hit the ground running with my file to make sure that I had all the information I need to meet a tight deadline.

I haven't been impressed with the overall service from DLG. I've had to do a lot of chasing over the last couple of years withlittle/no response, so my score for the service as a whole would be much lower (1-2 stars I'm afraid). However, I feel confident that my case is finally in good hands. I just wish it hadn't taken so long to get to this point.

I received an email last week to say that my case had been taken over by Mel who works with the more complex cases and she has been brilliant from the start. I've had clear and detailed communications, prompt responses and we've spoken over the phone to discuss my options and to go through my queries, which has been really helpful. My case isn't quite finalised but I'm really happy with the advice I've received and I'm confident this will be sorted within the next couple of weeks.

Awful awful company. Will never use over again and shouldnt be able to run a business. The uk deserves better business. They have dealt with a non fault claim that resulted in an injury for 9 months. They force you to accept an offer that you dont know then accept an amount not worth all the work I had to do in paperwork and phone calls. The lawyers hide behind their emails then after then sent the money they turn round and ay they sent the wrong amount. Not sure they cant even tie their shoelaces. Stay away

The company kept me informed all the way through the process of my claim. They are very friendly & good communication skills i would recommend them to anyone looking to make a claim.

Don't really reply to emails , I have to chase throughout.

Edit: 1 week later - 18.3.26, no one has rang me to go through the issues. Not unexpected for them to say one thing and do another.

Had some problems along the way taking a long time to resolve & getting to the final path, but I must make a mention about the solicitor Elle Wan she was so helpful & professional explaining the legal terms to me. Very helpful, thank you Elle.

I was recommended to DLG Legal and they have done an amazing job especially Lucy Flynn who was the case managed and was there to help every step of the way with her knowledge, replies from DLG aren't always straight away but they have other clients to handle too and are replied too as soon as they can. I would highly recommend this solicitor

My paralegal was polite, patient and efficient, although I am not sure why I am being asked to review one day of a time period which lasted some 18 months.

Just very kind, friendly, understanding, listening to what I said, showed support, made me feel important

Dusan was excellent, those before him were ok but when Dusan took over my claim the process was quicker and I felt well looked after. He explained anything I didn't understand, gave great advice and helped me make important decisions through excellent information being provided.

Julia was very attentive, patient and demonstrated a high level of empathy. Would absolutely recommend!

Was made aware that someone had claimed against me for an accident I had no involvement in. This would have caused a lot of stress had it not been for Aldwin who handled everything superbly. Always quick to respond to emails and did everything he could to secure a good result. Would highly recommend.

Mark went through everything systematically and explained in thorough detail and clarity what the process was and what details were required.

EDIT: DLG have since been in contact, have been very apologetic and seem to be taking my comments seriously.

Unfortunately the one star reviews are right. I was in an RTA May 25, other side admitted fault straught away but really bad experience with DLG so far. Really bad communication, emails ignored and constantly being told conflicting and confusing information. I've really given up with my legal claim due to their incompetence, I'm so fed up with it. Most annoyingly, I was asked to do a survey about their performance and when I gave them a bad review, they called me the next day to discuss but again with no update or helpful information to my claim! When I explained my point of view, I was just met with excuses and how nothing was their fault. Right hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. Avoid if you can.

DLG were extremely professional and dealt with my claim efficiently. I received regular updates and advice with the best options available. Thank you for your support.
