I found dlg legal services to be a top company and the staff that have bought me through the first 2 years of my claim have been great . However as soon as Melanie took over this year I’ve had a whole another level of care to which I’ve been made to feel of importance again which I haven’t in a long time . The time frame on my claim was dangerously close to closer, & therefore little chance of me receiving damages for the accident , but I found mark & he took full control of the situation he was very knowledgeable & ran through everything I should expect, I couldn't commend Mark highly enough a company that sets a high standard "good for you*

Rubbish service and case handling. Poor customer Service
My claim was handled by Carol Beetge. I was the customer however I was dealt with as if Carol was representing the third party client and insurers. Her customer services was absolutely rubbish. I felt as though I am not being listened to or understood. I don't recommend DLG legal as this has been a really horrible experience. They don't work in the best interest of their client. There is no consistency in their way of working. Beware of them

Emma from DLG assisted me in obtaining compensation to support my recovery and treatment following an accident. She guided me through the process ensuring I had all the information needed and understood the decisions I was taking to achieve the right outcome. Ben Dennison; he was amazing throughout my whole claim. I had a really bad experience with another claim company who left me devastated after very poor service, they failed to identify a conflict of interest. However, Ben quickly identified this as soon as I appointed DLG to deal with my case. I was with the other company for two years but no result. Ben managed to get my compensation claim sorted within just a few months. He is knowledgeable, helpful and always on hand to deal with queries. Would recommend Ben to anyone specially to those like myself who have been disappointed by other legal services.
