Diverse School Travel Anmeldelser

We have just returned from an unforgettable trip to Lyon. The service we have received from Dasha since the first planning stages 13 months ago to support during the trip, has consistently been second to none. She listened to exactly what we wanted from our itinerary, was accommodating to every request and exceptionally efficient, always responding to messages quickly and leaving me with complete confidence that everything was in the safest of hands. When the final confirmation pack arrived, I was taken aback at the level of detail that was included - it really was exceptional. I even had a text during the trip to check in and make sure all was going to plan. I have used other companies before and run trips DIY, and this has without question been the most straightforward planning experience I have ever had. We will certainly use you again and I will recommend Diverse far and wide! Merci mille fois !!

It was my first restidential trip and trip leader, Paloma was amazing both before and during the trip. We had a bespoke trip to Bologna and Modena and the Y10 Technology students said it was the best trip they have ever been on and wanted longer. We saw so much and had the best time. I am already looking at next year.

We have just returned from the first residential to Belgium in 20 years. From start to finish Nelly and colleagues at Diverse travel supported us and provided everything we needed. Because of their attention to detail, and consistent support and guidance the whole trip was a huge success , both pupils and staff thoroughly enjoyed their time in Belgium. We are now in the process of booking for next year!

This was our first school trip to France, and we took 50 8-9 year olds. Dasha was amazing. She guided me through the whole process, was adaptable to our changing needs and was patient as we allowed parents time to respond to a new opportunity for their children.

We had an incredible day, and Dasha had sorted all of the details. She had planned engaging activities, delicious food and had allowed enough margin of error for activities and travel that we were able to make both crossings and still enjoy everything planned.

We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Olet was amazing and very helpful. The whole process was very simple. Olet kept us in the loop and consistently looked for the best options for students. Will definetly be using the company again. Students really enjoyed the trip. Thank you. Olet did everything he could to make our trip as smooth as possible.

We normally book with Diverse School Travel a year in advance of our annual trip to Cornwall with our Y8 cohort. They are brilliant throughout and the programme that they have worked out for us suits us perfectly and the boys really do rate this trip rather highly. The paperwork and advice offered is top notch. The booking process is so simple as is the completion of necessary paperwork. Any problems, they're available to smooth it over with very little fuss. Will use Diverse School Travel for all trips to Cornwall! Thank you Alice and Jack!

I was very apprehensive about getting the school to send money to a company they hadn’t used before incase there were any problems or things didn’t get booked properly, but the whole trip was planned excellent to the smallest detail. All the kids enjoyed the trip to CERN and I would book through the company again in the future.

Back from Paris after 3 amazing days! Our students enjoyed every visit Dasha had planned for us, the itinerary was carefully thought through, all the tickets, tube trips were planned so carefully. Dasha's organisation made the trip run smoothly! Looking forward to our next trip to Paris next year.

This was our second trip with Diverse School Travel. We travelled with 52 year 9 pupils to Belgium. They are an excellent company and took really good care of details, listened to requests and were highly responsive and organised. Thoroughly recommend.

An excellent experience with Diverse. From initial planning to departure and safe return the trip was a gre success with lots of happy parents. Our rep, Olet was very helpful and always found a solution for issues we faced.

Great communication from Diverse from original quote through to the end of trip. Very good value compared to other quotes.

Firstly Rich then Becca were incredibly helpful in supporting the organising and booking of this trip.
Rich took my ideas for a trip and improved them by adding in extras throughout the time we are planning on spending in Copenhagen and Billund.
He managed to get a group of 36 students and 4 staff accommodation at 2 different locations over 4 nights in Denmark.
He alerted me immediately when there were some changes to the departure and return flights. He then helped organise an extra activity at minimal extra cost in Scotland before we even leave for Denmark.
Both Rich and Becca were very supportive throughout and responded to emails almost immediately, notably quicker than I am able to respond to theirs. Becca was also constantly available throughout the trip via whatsapp. This service is not always offered by trip organisers. The coaches we were on in both Scotland and Denmark in excellent. The coach we used from Copenhagen to Billund was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Our Driver in Denmark was punctual, friendly, supportive to my requests and easily reachable by phone when I required it. They offered an excellent service, better than some travel companies which could possibly be described as larger companies. This most recent trip was possibly the smoothest and my most favourite trip I've ever organised. I will very much consider using Diverse again in the future. Thank you Becca and Rich at Diverse Travel.

Incredible trip to Paris in May 2026.
A fantastic itinerary and attention to detail with the final pack of maps and attractions to visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diverse Travel and use them again next year!

I can't recommend Diverse Travel enough. THis is the second time I used them. The first was a super, well organised trip to the Opal Coast. The activities, the minibus and the accommodation were all excellent. This year, I took eight 10/11 year olds to Paris on the Eurostar for five days. The organisation and attention to detail was fabulous. I was worried about negotiating the Metro but no need, Diverse had mapped out every change for me, step by step. Each journey had a printed metro route with changes and each trip had a street map with metro and relevant landmark highlighted. Bravo!

Thank you Diverse travel for making our trip to Barcelona such a rewarding experience. The itinerary provided catered to all our needs- it was a wonderful mix of local culture and lots of art. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed all that the city had to offer and it was due to the hard work, care and expertise of Gioia and Amy that allowed for such a superb time. We got back three weeks ago and I'm still buzzing from all that we saw and did. Thank you.

This was our second trip with Diverse School Travel. We travelled with 30 mixed age pupils to the Bay of Naples, visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Capri and Cumae. They are an excellent company and took really good care of details, listened to requests and were highly responsive and organised. I've been taking trips for over thirty years and couldn't be happier with their service. Thoroughly recommend.

I took a group of 22 students our to visit CERN. Nelly was fantastic from start to finish. She was always available and very quick in her response rate for communication. They took care of everything for us with a really fine tooth comb, which meant that it massively reduced my work and stress in organising the school trip. Would recommend very highly.

I cannot reccomend Diverse enough. I've just got back from Madrid with thirty six very happy students who have watched live flamenco, eaten a vast array of tapas, visited the Bernabeu, had a walking tour, eaten famous churros from San Ginés, participated in language lessons and enjoyed free time in Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía.
This is the fourth time I have used this company now and I wouldn't switch. The communication is super clear (thank you Bryony!), the itinerary is well put together and the whole experience has been positive. I'm looking forward to the next one!

Our trip to Valencia was an amazing experience for both the students and the teachers. Sofia Dimitriou helped us prepare this trip, by providing an enhanced itinerary and suggestions to make the most of our experience. Thank you so much, Sofia, for always been there for us along the way!!

"We had an amazing time in Alicante! Richard put together a fantastic, detailed itinerary and was so patient with us as our plans changed. No matter how many questions we had, he was always there with a helpful answer and a great attitude. The logistics—transport and accommodation—were spot on, and the students absolutely loved the restaurants Richard picked out. If you’re looking for a personalized school trip, I 100% recommend Diverse!"
