Our Nationwide Shipping
Standard delivery within 3-5 working days
We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Please see our website for specialist delivery terms for Range Cookers, Woodburners, Outdoor Cookers and From the Anvil Lighting and Ironmongery as they do not typically fall under the delivery times seen above.

The choice of APC as the delivery…
The choice of APC as the delivery company is a huge mistake.
They are totally unreliable - as an edit the reply is polite but untrue.
There are lots of bad reviews referring to your choice of delivery company.
They have 4 or 5 different names ??? Yes they did ring and were very polite - but as I said to the lady from the delivery company - Diss Ironworks said the it was my responsibility to chase up the parcel.
I sent emails to Diss Ironworks none
of which was responded to.
So let us stop responding in a black is white mentality - those of us who are on the older end do not ,will not accept that

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback, and I apologise that it has taken me so long to reply to your review.
I completely understand your frustrations with your order and I believe by now, APC should have been in touch to directly apologise for the error and thus delay to your delivery. We very rarely have problems with this courier, but accidents do happen and I am very sorry that, in your instance, your delivery was a few days later than planned.

I appreciate your frustrations, and I can see that you have edited your review.
To clarify the situation; we first spoke at the end of the day on Friday 27th Feb, where the customer services team logged onto the APC delivery portal and advised you that your parcel seemed to be on its way, just delayed by a few stops. This was the most recent information from APC at the time. Understandably, you then followed this up with an email at 17:56 that day, to let us know that the delivery had not been attempted. As we had closed by this point, we did not pick up this email until we re-opened on Saturday, which by that point, you had called us in the Showroom and we were dealing with the matter over the phone.
I appreciate that the timing of this delivery on a Friday was frustrating as my colleague advised you that our APC office contact may not be open on a Saturday, but that we would try our best to get in contact and get an answer for you. I believe this is where confusion may have stemmed as she advised that you may also be successful in trying to contact your local depot too, who may be open, if you wanted to further escalate the issue. This was not instead of us trying, in-fact she escalated it to the extent that we were able to get ahold of someone at APC who then re-scheduled the delivery for Monday for you. After getting this answer, my colleague rang you back on Saturday and passed on this information to you, of which you were happy with.
Our Showroom is closed Sundays & Mondays, so we were not made aware that it had been pushed to a Tuesday delivery until we re-opened on Tuesday. At that point we reached out to APC to confirm delivery and they got back to us on the Wednesday confirming that it had been successful.
The customer service team then got back in touch with yourself to confirm safe receipt of your parcel and check-in to make sure that all was sorted for you. We did not receive a response to this email.
Once again, I can only apologise for the delay of your order, and I am glad to hear that APC also reached out to apologise for this error.

Excellent!
Bought an Induction Range Cooker. The installation service was excellent. The team delivered the new cooker, disconnected and capped off my gas and electric cooker, installed the new one meticulously, and removed the old one. No headaches for me. Highly recommend based on the installation service alone! Great price too.
