Used this company two times now, both times have received good quality products and good customer service. I can recommend this company for the future

One of the best company in all over UK. We will order a king size bed from this company and receive a bed on time with good quality.

Mattress was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 10 working days. It is now being nine working days and I have still not received any update to say my mattress has been dispatched. Trying to get any answer from these people is like trying to extract blood from a stone. When the customer service did decide to respond, they mentioned that they had forgotten my order and it is scheduled to be delivered this week. I still have received no update as to where my order is.

Had a great experience to start, unfortunately that didn't last. I bought one bed and three mattresses. They sent the wrong colour, the bed needs the strut for the ottoman part of the bed replaced as it squeaks, one of the mattresses is lopsided, and the strap has burst on the bed. Now one of the other mattresses is squeaking. Bed delivered in December and still not replaced and fixed. I've sent three letters and each time I get a reply from Danielle promising she'll fix it. That day has never came, one excuse after another. I need to take her to court now. Very sad situation as I would have bought another bed and used them if I ever needed another bed or mattress. I gave them multiple chance. Obviously not a genuine business.

Honest, helpful, made the experience so much easier, me and my daughter is in love with the beds we received and the mattresses are so nice and comfortable

Loved my bed and staff so helpful in the beginning but as soon as there was an issue and needing a new part (the bed was less than a year old) the communication became less and felt like I was being fobbed off. Still no sign and it looks like I’ll need to order a new bed from elsewhere!

Bed came earlier than expected and was easy to assemble , also its absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Super happy with our purchase. Really helpful staff, answered our many, many questions without any problems. Bed was delivered as planned. Bed is super comfortable, was easy to assemble and looks amazing. Even when there was an issue with the buttons, they sent us some straight out. Highly recommended.

Scam. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Terrible returns policy. Stay clear. I'd read the reviews before buying items from the store, thought I'd have a better experience. Customer service was "ok" until refunds were required. According to the customer service representative, I couldn't return the dining chairs I bought if there was no fault. Chairs were already rusting and had chipped paint. It's been over 3 weeks I've been asking for a refund and collection of the chairs. I've received so many excuses and false promises. Now my messages are being ignored and calls declined. Refunds for the bed is also outstanding. This company should be shut down. Terrible service and products.

Please do not buy off this company they are the worst customer service in the world there beds are absolutely awful I spent nearly £600 on a bed and it’s lasted 6months the screws just fall out as there screwed into wood
I have tried to explain my beds broke and they do not care one bit
If you don’t want to be in the same situation as me don’t buy from them avoid at all costs!!!! Please don’t get ripped off like me

Put it this way, trading standards are involved. The only thing they were good at was counting our cash. Delivered a bed with the main part of the frame missing. After 10 weeks of chasing, apologies, poor excuses, false promises we have had enough. They need shutting down.

Delivery didn’t turn up covid 19 was the excuse but they are still working , absolute rubbish
Table and chairs set ordered table wobbly and unsafe one of the chairs are different from the others a lot narrower
I’m in the process of taking this matter further to advice direct Scotland after getting in touch with CAB
I’m completely stressed with this matter the lack of communication is totally shocking
I was given abuse , and threats with talking to other people with the same issue these people are crazy
Please stay away !!!!
