I have ordered glasses 3 times and everything the frames broke. They are brittle and made from inferior quality materials. Avoid this company completely.

I waited for my prescription specs …
I waited for my prescription specs from my optician to arrive and took the glasses I purchased from you with me.
The glasses you have sent me are not what my prescription should be,they are twice as powerful as my pair from the optician,they tested the lens,and somehow they seem to have been a mix up,I filled in on line what the prescription said and also sent a copy of the prescription,the only way I can use the glasses is to hold the text around 6 to 12 inches away as the text becomes unreadable.

Best glasses repair shop in Walsall!
I went to direct specs to get my holiday sunglasses repaired, and the lady was so nice, professional with a super fast service as my glasses were repaired same day! I highly recommend this shop for Glasses repair, I will definitely be going back to get my prescription glasses repaired :)
