Easy to interact with DirectSki either online or by phone. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Check in at airport excellent. Happy to book with them again and to recommend them to others.

Arrangements from start to finish were very good.
We enjoyed the sking in Zell em Zee and always liked the town.
Our hotel Upside Down Post Neau was excellent.
My only downer on the holiday was the Direct Ski reps. One came to the hotel on the evening we arrived. Any information she gave was incorrect. We never seen seen a rep again for the rest of the week. I did send a message to our rep but had to send another message the next day. I know she got injured on the slopes in Sallbach. But that is not the guests problem. There should be someone else to step into her position.
Lucky for our group we have them sking for years but if you have questions or problem good to have a rep to ask any questions of activities going on in the town.

I had a decent experience booking with Directski.com. The process was straightforward, and the staff were helpful during initial queries. However, there were a few hiccups—unclear details about additional costs like tourist tax and extras for ski gear, which could have been communicated better. Early flight times were inconvenient, especially the return trip. On the positive side, the holiday itself was enjoyable, with good accommodation and helpful resort staff. It's a mixed review, but overall an okay choice for a ski holiday.

My holiday was very well organised by Directski , everything went very smoothly. A special mention goes to my rep in St Johann Aisling ( AKA Lynsey Vonn ) she is excellent at her job and nothing was too much trouble for her .Her knowledge of the resort was very helpful and Directski should be very proud of her .

An excellent experience all round. I messed up the names on our booking and their sales people were able to fix it no problem at all. The transfers were seamless, the food at the hotel was brilliant, the location was fabulous. I would highly recommend them and plan to book again for next year

Had an excellent holiday with Directski! Online booking was very straightforward. We were provided with all the necessary information in advance of our trip. Everything went smoothly with the trip - flights, transfers, accommodation, ski passes, ski hire, etc. were all exactly as described. Support at the resort was also excellent - Louise checked in with us regularly and she was a pleasure to deal with. We're very happy with our Directski holiday experience!

Had a great week in the snow, with a difficult trip home. We had the unforeseen circumstances of our Aer Lingus flight being double booked due to flight cancelations the previous day because of the storm in Ireland. This led us to miss the flight home, but it was the efforts of our rep, Gabrielle, in assisting us in getting home on alternate flights, which have led to a 5 star review.

The service, support, information and follow up from your sales team {Amy} was excellent. I have used Crystal Ski for the last 10/12 years but will switch to Direct Ski based on the sales support received.
Hopefully the service at the resort will be as good.

Great communications prior to departure. Pleasant and knowledgeable resort Rep (Frank). Very good resort and excellent spa hotel. Same hotel (and room) in same resort as last year. Norica Therm in Bad Hofgastein. Can't beat it.

Seamless booking, good communication with company up to departure, booking in a airport seamless with Direct Ski flight voucher. Met at far side by good reps and prompt gathering of skiers and on our way. Updates tests all weeks from resort rep. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.
