Please rest assured that you have not been charged twice for the shipping cost. As we ship from Denmark and your order is being delivered to Canada, local taxes and import duties may apply. These are imposed by Canadian authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control. We always recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their local import regulations before placing an order.
The package has not yet been delivered because the local tax payment is still pending. Our customer service team has reached out to assist you with a resolution. One option is to refuse the package—if you choose to do so, we will issue a refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Still have not received order. Found the hidden charges disengenous. Why change an extra credit card fee when everyone is paying with card?

According to DHL, your order was delivered just 15 minutes after you left your review. Typically, DHL delivers within 1-3 business days, and we are looking into the reason for the additional two-day delay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the credit card fee, we’d like to clarify that for all international orders paid with a company credit card, an additional fee is applied. This charge is imposed by our payment provider (VISA/MasterCard) and does not go to us. The exact amount is displayed on the payment page before you confirm your order.
