Side Steps for my Audi were easy to find on website. Purchase was straighforward and dispatch was rapid. Received my package in under 24 hours to Northern Ireland. I'm no mechanic but the after sales support has been fantastic and made installation a lot easier.. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Ordered various parts from this company all of which look fantastic on my 4x4. Had a few issues with brackets but nothing that couldn't be resolved with a quick call. My go to 4x4 company now purely based on peace of mind, cost and quality. So far I've purchased rock sliders, rear bumper, canopy, awning and a rack system.

From purchase to obtaining further parts this company is exemplary in all aspects.
Their help is second to non and I can only recommend them very highly, a very professional polite and helpful company

Excellent service, there was a mistake in the order but this was very quickly sorted and a replacement quickly delivered.

Exceptional customer service and sales support provided by your team at Direct 4x4. I recently purchased deployable side steps for my Jaguar, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. In particular, I would like to commend Mark for going above and beyond to assist me with my purchase.

The quality of the product, coupled with the outstanding customer service, has truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and colleagues in the future.

Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.

Order via the telephone and the customer service was first class. Bought a tonneau cover and it fits perfect.

Purchased an expedition awning on Wednesday afternoon and was delivered Friday morning .
I have purchased from direct 4x4 many years ago for a different vehicle for the same awning and the quality is always amazing . Fitted the awning to my camper van today and everything I needed was included in the box . The awning will make a great addition to our camper van experience. Thank you direct 4x4 from a returning customer.

quick efficient and freindly servive excellent

very satisfied with the product, delivery was fast shipped and well packed.

Very helpful

I received the Direct 4x4 Drawer system and fitted it the back of Land Rover, unfortunately the locking system only locks the drawer and not the slide out unit top - so whilst the web site description states "Lock and key keeps your cargo safe and secure" it is far from this if you wish to safeguarding things in the back on your van or car! The Unit looks well made but unfortunately if you want to protect items in the back you will need to have a work around or buy something else!
