the company that left you for dead
The company that absolutely leaves you to die in any holiday destination you go to, and while leaving you to die, they also make fun of you and take your money from you. Although I notified them of my emergency 4 times by e-mail, they returned to me by e-mail and gave me a phone number and a phone number. and while I was dying, they told me to call me to call this phone number. Apart from that, instead of directing me to the hospital, instead of directing me to private clinics or instead of sending me a private ambulance, they did not answer any more questions and left me to die. Then we called the number they gave us and the number they gave us just gave us a ridiculous suggestion and said if you can go to the State hospital there and closed the subject, they are such a shameless company.

awaiting an outcome very slow
i have made a claim on the 04/05/2025 as i was robbed while travelling todays date is now 06/07/25 and im still awaiting the outcome when ever i email them i have to wait a week for a response this has been an awful experience!!!!

After a medical emergency in Italy
After a medical emergency in Italy, Direct travel appointed a case manager who arranged a safe journey home which included special assistance at the airport and taxis from the hospital in Pisa and from Manchester airport.
I'm pleased to say everything went smoothly and we returned safely.
I really can't thank them enough!
