First time buying from them and very happy with my order came fast and the packaging was done very well too would definitely use them again

I have had a number of dealings with their partner company Stone Refurb and DinoPC themselves. They have been everything you could ask for, helpful, expert when asking for support and ready to sit and listen rather than rush off to the next phone call. I have purchased an SSD from DInoPC, and was helped with the setting up of it so I could replace a slower HD in a laptop. The process was discussed and the job done, so very grateful for all the help. Price more than acceptable too.

Cancelled order

Cancelled my order (after taking my money) with very little explanation.

Update: Money was refunded eventually, while they assure me they will be getting the cancelled item back in stock at some point they will not honour the price I originally paid.

Updated to two stars, these things happen, but still a very negative experience for my first time using dinopc

Great service, and the GPU I ordered arrived a day earlier than expected. Fantastic!

I was very happy to come upon a 5000-series CPU and 30-series NVIDIA graphics card without huge markups or needing to queue, which is no easy task these days. At least the markup on the graphics card was comparable to what I was willing to spend on a temp card, and I was lucky to come across the website when they happened to have a 3070 model in stock that didn't have a queue on it (as opposed to almost every other card in their inventory at the time).

My order information could have been more helpful before the order was shipped, as it only said the status was "order accepted" until I got tracking info a week later. Since I had ordered 2 items that had both gone out of stock after I placed my order, it would have been nice to know that my ordered items had actually been reserved for me from the inventory. Otherwise, it was a great experience from a vendor that I found somewhat randomly with a web search after being frustrated with the results from price aggregators of bigger retailers.

Much faster than expected build time. Sadly no contact before delivery, fortunate I was in. Also finding the damn Windows OEM code was a pain in the backside (tiny sticker on rear of PC). I would have given it a 5* rating as the build quality is excellent, just a few niggles relating to delivery and setup. I would highly recommend DinoPC.

Wonderful Service. Some items were out of stock. They got in touch and offered alternatives and delivered them for free, rather than holding up the complete order. Excellent, will use again!! Thanks. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The pc case I ordered was accurate to description, and a very fast delivery considering everywhere else was out of stock and overpriced.

Purchased a new 1660 Super GPU at a reasonable price - which is difficult to find these days. They delivered within the 5 days stated on the website so no issues.

I stumbled across DinoPC after I was let down by another online retailer - I clicked on the Livechat option and quite quickly was responded to by Thomas, he was fantastic and made not only the buying process super easy, but the entire experience - His knowledge of what PC hardware I needed was excellent.

He was patient, super helpful, and just genuinely made the process fantastically simple.

Delivery was fairly quick, and the product is exactly as expected.

I was nervous after looking at some other reviews but honestly I couldn't fault any of the service I received at all and I'm absolutely delighted that I found the website - An absolute gem.
