Hi there I ordered a hair Trimmer on the 20th April, and paid for it,not received it,tried emailing them there's no recipient to receive it,go to phone a mobile number straight to voice mail left messages nothing back DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered a present for my friend who had just recently lost her father....and I am still waiting for the gift. I have emailed them 3 times and not had 1 reply. Absolutely disgusting behaviour....especially what I bought it for. Never will I use them again

If I could give 0 stars I would, shoes came and they were really bad quality, not worth 10p let alone what I paid for them. I cannot believe they can sell these! I am 67 and they are dangerous to wear. I have tried to contact the company and had no response, avoid at all costs!

Misselling. Items not as in the pictures.
Not the first time this has happened with a company shipping from China.
Lesson now learned.

Wrong items sent (not as described). They want us to return the goods to China at our cost and have advised they won't refund delivery. I called them out on this as it states on their website they will refund in full inc return postage costs and now they have gone silent.

TERRIBLE ordered 2 jumpers, they took ages to arrive & when they did they are awful cheap quality! I asked to return them but they said it would cost too much so offered me 50% refund which I have still not received they just keep saying they were delivered! AVOID this site at all costs!!!

Every review I’ve read is true. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering with this company. Dodgy every step of the way. Feel stupid for using such a deliberately fraudulent company.

One star as unable put 0! What a con, ordered, I thought, stained glass sun catchers and eventually received window stickers. So very disappointed in myself for falling for this. Asked for refund but no response at all from customer service. Wished I’d checked here before buying! The mention of Essex uni in the name sounded sound!

I brought a Mother's Day card that never turned up.

Should have done my research before buying from these. Bought a card for Mother’s Day, they gave me a tracking code which doesn’t work. The card hasn’t arrived, they’re probably based in China or something. Do not buy from these, will be getting my money ASAP!

I did an order DIMU-68043. And my item did never arrived. I believe this company is a scam! Please don’t buy anything from them. I keep sending emails and they just said that it’s on the way . I have waited more than month now. I asked for my refund and still haven’t received it either . Please don’t buy anything from this app. It’s a scam. Angela M

This company is a complete scam, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
I ordered a gift for my partner on Feb 9th, it said it would take 7-12 days, after a couple of weeks I emailed as it had not arrived only to be told that they did not have it in stock and that i should just be patient ... yep, they sold me something they didn't even have in stock.
I have emailed multiple times now and had no reply to my request for a refund (£15 altogether) so I am going to continue emailing and I am also going to report them to a few fraud websites as they are just stealing at this point.

If I could give minus review score. I would. This company charged £21.00 for mothers day cards I ordered over 10 days ago. Tomorrow is mothers day, they aren't here, I have chased them with an email to customer service, no answer!@!!. This company is bogus, just take money, Disgusting!!!!!!

I ordered a birthday card for my daughter's (very special) birthday. I have not received it. Tracking shows that it shipped with Hermes (incorrect, is now Evri) but no further update. They reply to neither email nor any message you are obliged to leave on their mobile phone number.

I normally check reviews for the first order with a new company - I made the mistake of not checking this company. Either crooked or completely incompetent.

After I complained through Paypal, I finally received updates. I have now received the card I ordered - too late for this year, but very beautiful.

Not UK company, bought item with long delays and still not received product even though delivery stated 5 days..

I ordered 2 shirts size 2XL believing the site to be based in the UK…dimoohomeuk. The shirts were more like a UK man’s medium and didn’t fit. I contacted the company to arrange a return but they never responded.

I ordered a 3d card and ordered it in good time for my 97 year old mother, it was expensive but my mother is worth it.

I contacted the seller, but realised the company I thought I was dealing with had changed their name. I got no response but as I had paid through PayPal I put in a complaint.

I eventually got the card, but after the big day 😦 so no use to me.

VERY BAD customer service, extremely bad communication. DO NOT TRUST this seller.

FAKE SITE!!! and the cheapest replica goods!!! Shipped from China. Ordered a framed hanging picture. Nothing like the the original picture on their (UK) site. Received a thin piece of un framed printed plywood with no hanging mechanism, just a plastic sticky square to stick onto your wall 🤷🏼‍♀️

I will not be using this company again. I ordered a gift for Valentines Day and still haven’t received it and no reply or appoint from their customers services team but they seem happy to AJ’s your money.
