Fastest delivery, Dimec can't be beaten
Dimec are the best of any other pharmacies I have used. The fastest delivery, even with standard delivery is very quick to me. The processing of your order is done very quickly, and you'll be updated when it has been dispatched (Some sites don't even bother with confirmation)
So 5* I think. Never had any problems or missing items. Great site,very efficient and professional. Thanks Dimec.

Quick, convenient & great customer service
Used for the first time. Delivered within 2 days of ordering prescription via DIMEC app, updated at each stage of process. Very useful service for people who have a chronic condition and not always mobile. No more having to visit GP to collect prescription & waiting 45 minutes in pharmacy to be dispensed. Already made this my preferred pharmacy & recommended to friends & family. Well done! Brilliant service!! :0)

Great customer service
Used Dimec for the first time and have been extremely happy with the level of service I have received. The great advantage of using Dimec is the personal service that is given to you, they respond quickly to any questions you may have. Chris is great! will use again and I would recommend to friends and family.

I can highly recommend Dimec. Have have used them several times and my medicine was always delivered promptly. Their website and their app is easy to use. Customer service is professional and friendly. Will continue using them.

Most costly compared with other suppliers for the same. Others sell the same for £2.50-£4-99/each mostly, why do you charge us so much? God!

Every product that we sell or supply is bought directly from the manufacturer or through a UK licensed wholesaler - so we know it's coming from a genuine source.
As we're a smaller pharmacy, this means we don't have the buying power of the larger companies, so often we can't get the discounts that the big guys can. But we're definitely not the most expensive, as we compare our prices all the time to remain competitive and fair.
Being smaller though means we can be more agile and flexible. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on great customer care and customer service.
