It did not Emailed got a ticket no. no call back
Rang 3 times & promised call backs etc, always in transit from store to warehouse

Delivered the product on time
Delivered the product on time. Bosch gave an extended guarantee and it was easy to activate online. The delivery man was helpful and took away any rubbish as he had to take off some of the packaging to fit it in the front door.
