I went into DID Electricals looking for a spare phone and had a few options in mind. Luke Kelly was brilliant at guiding me through the choices - his suggestions really matched what I needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Very happy with the phone I picked and the service I got. Highly recommend!

We dealt with Luke Kelly both times we were there. He is an exceptional young man at his job. He answered our questions with enthusiasm. He was courtesy and extremely patient. Any questions we asked he was confident in his answers. I really couldn’t praise Luke enough. Our order was delayed coming but Luke kept us informed.

Nice easy transaction, informed the employee (Joseph) what I was looking for and he directed me to the area, advised on some of the products and left me to decide and asked to call him when I was ready to purchase. All nice and easy.

Professional knowledgable experience was such a great support to us…
Óengus at the Wexford branch was such a great support to us today. His expertise and professionalism was much appreciated as my sister and I tried to navigate the technical world of electronics 🤯. He was patient with our questions and explained the advantages of one brand versus another in an objective manner.
So nice to deal with a person who is polite and knowledgeable.
