Excellent customer service from your team in DID Tallaght especially a manager with blonde hair, I think she was called Rema. She was so professional and helpful towards me after I purchased the wrong dishwasher online.I only realised after I returned home from work and it was installed, plus all packaging binned. I thought I was going to be stuck with it, however after speaking with a nice young man on the phone and then the manager, I was reassured and told I could swap and it wouldn't be an issue, I just had to pay a repacking fee,then all I had to do was come down and pick out the dishwasher i actually wanted.
The following day i went down and met Rema personally and she was so helpful and understanding and made my mistake, less embarrassing for me,while sorting everything out with such a great attitude and professionalism.

Went in recently looking for a gaming monitor after coming straight from curry’s. The gentleman at curry’s was clearly bothered by me so on I went to did. Daniel was so helpful and helped me pick out a good monitor. Thanks again Daniel! He even charmed my old cranky mother 😂

Mandy in Tullamore store was great at helping us pick out what we wanted. All staff was welcoming and offered assistance! They provided many options and were clear at explaining everything.

Had a very positive experience with Conor in the Limerick branch on Sunday. He was very helpful and polite, answered all my questions and went through all the details of my purchase to make sure I understood everything. It’s also fantastic that they deliver. Overall a great experience and absolutely great price on all the products I bought.

Srushti in Swords was super helpful in organizing the delivery of my integrated dishwasher.

It was installed by Stuart, who had indepth product knowledge, explained the issue of my old dishwasher & even helped fix the skirting under the new dishwasher.

Delivery & installation was flawless, bang on time, they even cleaned up the sawdust, and took the old dishwasher away.

As usual the store is spotless. I found exactly what I was looking for. My server Caitlin was able to assure me that I was buying the exact right product. This was the branch in belgard. I always buy from this branch.

the most horrible company, they are not serious, they deceive people, exaggerated prices, they deliver the wrong products without notifying the buyer! I do not recommend

Today while visiting DID ELECTRIC I went to buy a coffee machine so a gentleman man called Rushil and he gave me great advice on a coffee machine so I ordered one from Paula

Caitlin was very help and advised me on my appliance. As all the staff in both tallaght and crumlin were i am a regular customer Gregor is such a nice guy and always very helpful.

The salesperson (I think Caitlin was her name) was really pleasant and helpful, very knowlegable and well acquainted with the features of the product
