Very positive visit to the Bandon store today. Ann & Jason were really helpful with my purchase. Have bought items there before and will be back.

The assistant Dan Matveiev was incredibly helpful. I would recommend DID as they're very accommodating and offer Humm monthly payments. I paid a deposit for a TV to be help in stock for me as that specific line of TVs were going out of stock.

Very good service l ever received. Mandy from Tullamore was so helpful and took her time to explain about every product l needed to know about. Didn’t just tell me to buy anything but told me the best products and what she recommends. I love her honestly.

Bought one set of headphones for delivery. Parcel took over 3 days to be given to a delivery company and they of course choose the cheapest and least reliable delivery services. After a week I am still waiting for this package. Avoid the delivery option, too lenghty and use unreliable company, very hassling and very lenghty.

Bought washing machine recently firstly the tech didnt install it correctly and it flooded my kitchen and secondly the washing machine keeps leaking out the door.. It only leaks the odd time I have sent them videos off it leaking out the door. They send out a fella 3 times to look at it but I told them it doesnt happen every time.. So know I cant leave my house if I put the washing machine on incase it leaks and ive to out towels under the door too..They won't replace it even though its faulty.. I will never buy anything else again from here..

I rang store in terryland Galway in a panic looking to replace my American fridge freezer in middle of July. It was a Wednesday and was delivered by Saturday morning. He knew how to make sure dimensions were perfect and done everything to help me.

Called into DID store in Bandon Co.Cork this morning to look for a double over as our 16 year old over has given up🥹.We met with Linda she was dealing with another customer when we arrived and when was just heading on her break when she saw us looking a bit lost trying to work out what was best for us.Well I have to say Linda couldn't have been more helpful and honestly myself and my two kids couldn't have been in better hands.We looked at all the options and learnt a few new things too. Purchase made and very happy with our experience and will definitely be back in the future.Thank you.

Easy to order, however I had paid and completed order before being informed by email that item was a special order and would therefore take two weeks to arrive from order date. I called into store for updates and staff were very good and gave me more detail.

I recently purchased a washing machine - opted and paid for installation.
The person who delivered the machine was under time pressure, spoke NO English and told me a small plastic seal needed to be replaced- I asked him could he not do it, but he shrugged his shoulders and left me with a new washing machine which was un- usable - I have a sick relative staying and really need a washing machine ( my old one was working fine but I wanted an upgrade)
I contacted DID to try and explain situation and look at options, they were NO HELP at all
Why offer installation ( and take money for same) when you cannot provide this service ..
VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Deva is amazing. I met him in DID Airside after being badly let down by a neighbouring competitor. He was able to calm me down and offer me an even better deal on the 77 inch tv that I was after. Deva was knowledgeable and practical. 10 out of 10 Deva!
