We bought a printer for college work and the sales person Reinard was most helpful. He explained how to set it up and have it connected to our phone or to the laptop since we have internet in the house.
we were very happy with the service and would go back again for other items.
He also told us where to get cartridges for our printer if we were not near to a DID store.

Visited DID in Bandon today and met Ann.She was such a lovely lady to deal with. This would definitely encourage me to go back there.She was so helpful in every way.

Went to the Bandon store today to buy a new robot vac .The staff in there are so helpful. I met a lovely lady working in there called Linda and she was so helpful and kind with a lovely outgoing personality, didn't rush me ,explained everything in detail and made it just a lovely shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff working in there .

Went to buy a tv today and was dealt with by Danillo. A lovely guy and excellent service. Left really satisfied.

We came back the following day to but a small electrical item, that we could easily have bought online. However because of Danillo's amazing customer service we returned to the shop in Artane.

Bought a washing machine and dryer for my mum’s new apartment. Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were done and dusted in record time. Great service, thank you.

Ordered 2 kitchen large appliances online and they were delivered promptly and updated ne on order. Was very hapoy with appliances also.

Told 1 date for delivery August 1st then told another date finally got my delivery 18th August

I made a click and collect order and hadn’t received an email confirmation. I called and got speaking to Gareth who was super helpful and got my order ready for collection in less than 10 minutes!

The website is easy to navigate, the arrangement for delivery & installation was seamless & the communication as to date & time was quick & worked as planned.

DID have never let me down however today they have excelled in excellent customer service and delivery. Bought an oven in DID Clonmel on Saturday and for the first time I also availed of the installation service which was scheduled for today. I got a text message then a phone call to let me know when my goods would arrive. Alec and Johnny are an absolute credit to DID and to their profession. They were so helpful and cleaned every spec of dirt when the install was done. We had great banter and did an excellent job ensuring that the installation and fitting was nothing less than 100%. I can only highly recommend this service as being one of the best I've experienced.
