We were in the Airside Swords store yesterday. We purchased a Hotpoint Tumble Dryer. We dealt with Paul. Paul was very knowledgeable and advised us the correct dryer to purchase based on where we are storing it. He was also very friendly to deal with. Thanks, Janet and Michael Graham

I had a fantastic experience at DID in Airside, Dublin! I was looking to buy a washing machine, and Deva was incredibly helpful from start to finish.

I explained exactly what I needed and what my budget was, and in less than 20 minutes, everything was sorted! He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and really understood what I was looking for.

What initially felt like a difficult and overwhelming process became so easy and stress-free thanks to his help. Deva was knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at his job.

My partner and I showed up at the Airside store 10 minutes before closing, and were looked after by Shane. He was very accommodating, and talked us through a few of the vacuums that we were looking at. The one we wanted wasn't in stock at this store, so he ordered it in and said it would be available for collection in 3 days. I got a text saying it was ready a day early, so I popped over to collect it and was looked after by another staff member this time, Gareth. Very friendly and quick to help me out. Overall delighted with the service provided, both staff members we dealt with were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend the Airside store.

Excellent delivery service ordered Saturday arrived Monday only 5 euro delivery charge

I ordered a microwave for same day click and collect in tullamore almost 2 full weeks ago. Prior to ordering I double checked that the item was in stock, contacted customer service to check that if it’s in stock on the website it’ll be ready that day, ordered it. Was going to tullamore that day anyways so popped in and was told I was looking at it being ready Saturday ( 3 days later). Went home no updates. Contacted customer service again and they said 3-5 days, gave it the 3-5 working days before we rang and was told the shop didn’t know where it was and that they didn’t know when it’d be delivered to them. Then they said they could have it in Newbridge for the next Tuesday, agreed to this. Got to Newbridge and the same again. They didn’t know where it was or when it’ll be delivered, only for my brother said to check the back because we were told it was definitely going to be there did we get it. The item had been out the back waiting they just gave a blatant lie that it wasn’t even delivered. I assume this also happened in the tullamore store as it was the same story, a 2 week wait for something that should’ve been ready that same day, absolutely ridiculous from DID

We had a great experience with Brendan at the store in Tullamore.. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient throughout our visit. He gave us excellent advice and guided us on a few things we were looking to buy, which made the whole process much easier.
Brendan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. Excellent customer service — we really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!

The staff were just the right amount of attentive.... they asked if we wanted any help and then left us to browse etc.... occasionally asking if we needed any assistance. When we had decided they very quickly and efficiently found the right goods and completed the transaction.

Went to the airside in swords store and Paul was very helpful, he took the time to walk us through all the different washing and drying machines and was able to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend. Made our experience great.
