Great service by Caitlín from call to visiting the Tallaght shop and helpful with everything - I’ll come back again & happy to recommend to others

I rang in the morning about a compact BBQ grill and cooler bag all in one. It's prefect for camping which I do. The person on the phone said they had one left and they said that they would put it away for me. When I got there they actually knew it was me down for the BBQ. The lady who served me at the counter couldn't have been more lovely. Friendly, polite and able to just have a chat in general. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this DID electrical. Although I'm living in the city and actually will drive down to this shop again. The service was 100%. Ann who served me is a brilliant person to deal with. The other lad who knew it was me looking for the BBQ was also excellent. I didn't get his name.

Very easy to purchase on line. I picked up my TV from my local store. The two staff members on the tills were very friendly and I was greeted with a hello and a smile. 😀. My purchase was located and brought to my car in minutes.
A hassle free experience from start to finish.

I’m still waiting on my delivery it was ordered on the 13th and it’s now the 20th August still hasn’t arrived,I emailed twice and was told 2-3 days . I really don’t understand why it takes so long

We bought a printer for college work and the sales person Reinard was most helpful. He explained how to set it up and have it connected to our phone or to the laptop since we have internet in the house.
we were very happy with the service and would go back again for other items.
He also told us where to get cartridges for our printer if we were not near to a DID store.

Visited DID in Bandon today and met Ann.She was such a lovely lady to deal with. This would definitely encourage me to go back there.She was so helpful in every way.

Went to the Bandon store today to buy a new robot vac .The staff in there are so helpful. I met a lovely lady working in there called Linda and she was so helpful and kind with a lovely outgoing personality, didn't rush me ,explained everything in detail and made it just a lovely shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff working in there .

Went to buy a tv today and was dealt with by Danillo. A lovely guy and excellent service. Left really satisfied.

We came back the following day to but a small electrical item, that we could easily have bought online. However because of Danillo's amazing customer service we returned to the shop in Artane.

Bought a washing machine and dryer for my mum’s new apartment. Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we were done and dusted in record time. Great service, thank you.
