Had two small sized products from them in the past. This time we ordered the medium from the size details on their website page via Amazon. When it came it was larger than described. We e-mailed the company twice via Amazon and they failed to respond, Their customer service appears non existent. We are having to return the product to the company through Amazon who will thankfully arrange a refund. It’s a shame, as if we had known the stated size of medium wasn’t accurate we would have bought the smaller one. The lack of response from dicky bag was shocking.

The Dicky Bag is a well thought out design but unfortunately am moving to a different brand due to a design fault.

They have a rubber base on the outside which has started to deteriorate, it has become sticky and is coming off on my fingers.

I contacted the company to tell them about this and their reply was that this has happened because I don't wash the bag.

I've only ever put dry dogs kibble in it and they are saying that the rubber that protects the fabric bottom is affected by the dog treats inside.

If thats the case then it isn't fit for purpose, it's a treat bag!

Impressive company. I bought a neoprene treat bag a few years back and since then it's done daily sterling service. Given its price, I contacted the company via their site when the zip came off a few weeks back. Mandy suggested I sent it back for repair and, for the price of postage to Cornwall and back, it's now doing great duty again. Friendly British company with a truly impressive follow through. Highly recommend.

I commented on a Facebook post to say that I loved my Dicky bag but wouldn't buy again as it had broken. My comment was noted & a response informed me that it could be returned & repaired for a very modest fee.
I have just received my Dicky bag back & I'm delighted, it is as good as new. The customer service was wonderful and the product well made. I cannot praise the company enough.

My 2nd order, the Neo-Skin Treat Bag which has some magic ability not to spill treats despite having a slit in the top for easy access. This keeps treats dry yet readily available for the pup in need of regular bribes.

My latest order, two Percy bags for holding keys and phones during the summer months when I don’t have a coat, just my hands free dog walking belt.

All of the products are fantastic quality, great chunky zips and thick durable material.
