The website was pretty easy to navigate. I was a bit confused though because once I set my friends name as the delivery, it seemed to have made my account under his name. Other than that, simple and straightforward.

Suing this harassing company. Anonymous won't fly in court. $1M in damages, suing the sender and this company, pressing criminal charges.

EDIT: Class Action lawsuit being initiated after reading more harassment stories. DBM will not be laughing all the way to the bank. Think twice before sending this to someone. Continue with this business model, continue being sued. It's just the beginning. I'm taking this company down.

EDIT 2 - If you have a similar complaint, they are required to provide the sender name and address in court. Sue them in Federal Court and you will win. Then sue the sender. Or, look for a Class Action against DBM and sign up if you've been harmed. I am initiating a Federal Claim immediately.

Was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but has been traveling all around with USPS. I’ve emailed multiple times, no response. Pretty sure the email they give to contact them is incorrect.

Everything was done in a professional manner and the recipients were very happy with their order. One even said that they were the best gummies they have ever had. What a great surprise for someone and they taste good

This company is incredible!
I accidentally used my shop account and was sending it to myself lol. They corrected it quickly. I then noticed a different option that I hadn't seen. I asked them, again, frantically if I could change my order. They upgraded it without any issues and discounted the price difference. I am definitely going to be a long term customer, any time the need to send someone a dick bomb arises ;). Thank you so so much.

So there was a mistake made on my end, where the bag of diks was sent to the wrong address. I immediately contacted the company, but they didn't get the email on time. They sent the bag of diks to the wrong address, BUT... they emailed me and offered to send another bag of diks to the correct address, on the house.

This is an EXCELLENT service! 10/10 would recommend to others!

I signed up to send a package but the zip code was incorrect! I was bummed that the recipient wouldn’t receive the package. So I immediately reached out to the customer service team and it was corrected and resolved in less than a day. I highly recommend diks by mail!!!

Got my order on time but it was completely melted. I received a bag of goo. I even met my mailman at the box so it was melted before I even received it. If your prodect melts then you shouldn't send them out in the middle of summer. Especially without anything to keep them from melting.

Wonderful company! Lovin' the fun pranks. Also, FANTASTIC customer service. My phone auto-filled the shipping address so it was shipped to me instead of the recipient. I reached out to the customer service and they sent it to the correct address as a courtesy! How freaking dope is that. I'm so appreciative. 😁 Definitely will be sending more d!cks again soon. 🤭

I was given the wrong address to send them to so I emailed support to cancel the order and they replied faster than expected and with no problem. 10/10 will be ordering if I get the right address.

I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address I emailed them and they were able to change it right away. Shipped out the next day. I don’t know how much the recipient liked or disliked them but I thoroughly enjoyed sending them out!

Had the wrong address on there and the guys made a quick change for me to the correct one. Have used them a few times before. Awesome!

I have always had a great experience with this company, no problems in the past. Everyone has always gotten a laugh from their products, which taste surprisingly good. This time I messed up on the address I was shipping to and customer service was able to help me right away. Would definitely recommend.
