I ordered an 8 piece Christmas tree dinner service and 3 pieces were imperfect. I was offered a discount on only one of the 4 piece sets. Disappointing.

When you reported the slight glaze imperfections on three individual pieces, we processed a substantial partial refund covering the value of one full 12-piece set, not just the 3 pieces affected.

The antlers on the ‘Giant bronze wall stag head’ are not as described in the image used on the website. One of the antlers goes straight up in the air, which looks comical.
Dibor agreed they are not symmetrical as per the image, but offered not resolution other than a refund after collection.
This waisted our time, & Dibor are holding our money until collection which has taken £250 out of our account for several days.
Also, the antlers did not fit particularly well and you could see daylight through them.
Not what you expect for £250.

We can confirm that a courier collection has already been arranged to pick up the stag head tomorrow. As standard business procedure, a refund cannot be issued until the goods are returned or at least in transit.
However, to speed up this process for you, we will issue your £212.50 refund as soon as the courier scans the package at your door upon collection, rather than waiting for it to arrive back at our warehouse.
We are handling the matter as quickly as possible and will process the transaction the moment the collection is confirmed.
