Courier failed them.
I would have given them a 5 if their chosen courier hadn't damaged the item during delivery. It's amazing they still managed to considering the packaging used but it still arrived cracked.
It's a beautiful plant pot, lovely design,great colour and thankfully still usable (damaged side to the back so not visible). I have read many negatives reviews about Dibor but liked the pot and decided to risk it. Glad I did.

Products are amazing shame about customer service
Products are amazing, unfortunately the customer service is appalling. spent a fortune on glasses in July. They came absolutely beautiful product but one had a crack. sent it back in a pack of two because that’s how they came. still waiting for the replacement. emailed rung them twice.
