Customer service was excellent. Always checking in and never pushed us into purchasing anything. Gave us time to think and come back when decided. Very kind, friendly and welcoming.

Great experience
Fenella was very helpful. She explained all the products and services thoroughly. She also made us feel at ease. it was a pleasant experience and would recommend dfs friends and family. And would definately use again.

Great customer services here. I was served by Finella. She was fantastic and really supported me with chosing the perfect sofa. She was very informative and knowledgeable and explain things clearly and thoroughly to help me make a decision without being too pushy. 10/10 Thank you.

Customer service was really good
Customer service was really good. Not too pushy understood what we wanted. Spoke to manager who rang another store, which had our furniture in for visual purposes. Didn’t rush us and gave us space. To look around the shown room. She was really nice.

All the staff were really helpful
All the staff were really helpful , not pushy at all. We ended up speaking to Emily and she took us outside to view the fabrics in daylight which was super helpful. Would recommend anyone to go here if only for the lovely staff.
