Sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding our order. Everything was double checked which ensured our order was correct. Fantastic experience at DFS Warrington. Cathy the member of staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when I explained what I wanted.

I first visited last week and was greeted at the door and was left to have a wander around and not pressured. I advised I would return with a friend after measuring up.

I returned today with my friend (26th May) was given a delicious cup of coffee and had a smooth process of ordering.

Cathy went through everything I needed to make sure everything was set for delivery.

I highly recommend this DFS store.

Went into the Warrington store spoke to Cathy. She is very knowledgeable and spent time with me listening and understanding what I wanted before I knew myself. There was no rush or pressure to buy, she was excellent and is a credit to your company. Thank you Cathy

We had a really good buying experience, Sue was really helpful, we never felt any pressure from sales staff. We purchased a sofa, stool and table and used their interest free option which is a no brainer in my opinion.....
