Excellent service from Julian. He was helpful, professional and gave me great advice for ordering the right sofa for my new home. I could have ordered online, but would not have received the same service & actually the sofa I originally looked at was completely different in person, so was thankful I was able to view in store.

Our experience was made very easy with the help of Tes. She explained our options and was a great help with the the final choices. The service was very professional and was made to fell very comfortable in the process of finalising the completion of purchase.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They weren’t pushy like some places are and they explained the process thoroughly making sure we were sure on our choices and what add ons may be beneficial for us with a small child.

Myself and my wife were both satisfied in ever aspect of the sales staff at your Tunbridge Wells branch.
The Salesmen explanations regarding all aspects of the sale were given out so they were easy to understand. Further to this the information regarding the actual delivery schedules were perfect.
We would most certainly recommend DFS to other potential buyers.
The only reason we didn't give a 10 star score, is simply because we feel, doing so will hopefully, make think of ways you might be able to improve even better.

Alan was brilliant- went above and beyond to help us particularly with trying to work out if what we wanted would fit in our living room. He was very patient whilst we worked out different configurations. True customer service.

Our shopping experience in T.Wells was great, no hard sales push, instead a relaxed conversation about my room, style, pets etc. to help me establish the right sofa with the right fabric.
I forgot to ask our sales consultant's name, but he was super friendly and knowledgeable. We don't live in T.Wells, but it was worth the drive to this store.

Katie was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the sofas we were looking for. We bought what we wanted with no sales pressure and great coffee!

We came in looking for a new sofa we were greeted nicely. Didn't feel under pressure and not rushed.
After we had found the sofa we were looking for the gentleman who was working sat us down went through all the options and how to care for the sofa to make it last longer and explained everything in detail no cushion was left unturned for details and agreements.
All in all a nice store would recommend to people as there was no issue at all.
