Staff are ace
Alana made the purchase so easy and straight forward. Everything was explained kindly and professionally. We had questions about colour, size and Alana was very efficient and helpful with her answers. Awesome person.

Geoff looked after me from the get go
Geoff looked after me from the get go. Made choosing mattresses and beds really easy and I soon had bought two mattresses and beds ready for my new house. I've had to change the delivery date twice due to the completion date changing but wasn't any bother each time.

A very pleasant experience
Natalie the Manager at the Truro Branch was amazing, very helpful, informative and discussed everything with me clearly. The Customer Service was outstanding. I couldnt have asked for more. I would highly recommended DFS to friends and family

Not pressured into buying. We were left alone after an initial friendly greeting unil we were ready to speak to someone. Liana (I hope I've remembered the name correctly) answered all of our questions and demonstrated the sofa functions, and put our minds at ease explaining the fabric care package in a professional and personable way.
