We were allowed to browse without being hassled, once we needed help Steve was very helpful still not pushy left us again to decide, and we left the store very happy with our purchase.

Delivery charges
Was going to buy a ex display sofa for £600. But wanted me to pay £129 to deliver only half a mile up the road. I offered to pay £50. But that was a no, so I walked. I think the salesman should of asked the manager, but was not interested.

Our delivery charge is the same in-store, online and over the phone. Your delivery will be assembled in a room of your choice by professionals and the packaging of your furniture is then disposed of in a sustainable and responsible way.
Also, I am afraid we don’t offer any discounts as we are regulated by Trading Standards and this means we have to treat all of our customers fairly so for that reason if we do have any discounts.

Friendly, welcoming experience
There was a wide range of sofas to see, with a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Mariangela the customer lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions etc but not pushy, which we found perfect for our experience.

Great friendly service
We only came in to have a look but the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She gave us time to look round but she was there if we needed any help. Good sales with no pressure.
