The lady who served me
The lady who served me, Lauren was very kind,helpful and very informative. She was extremely easy to chat to and a credit to DFS. On first arriving with my family a gentleman also spoke to us and helped me to what was available for what I wanted. Sorry I didn’t get his name but he was nice.

New furniture
Went in to buy a single two seater for conservatory. But seen a new settee and bought complete suite. Salesman Neil was extremely helpful explaining every aspect of furniture. So helpful this is our sixth purchase from DFS.

Beautiful new furniture.
I needed to buy a new 2 seater sofa along with 2 single chairs to replace an old 3 seater sofa etc. I decided to visit DFS in Sunderland to make enquiries where I was attended to by a pleasant assistant called Neil who gave me lots of ideas what I could buy. I went for a second time with a friend on the 16th August and, as Neil was busy, was attended to by a nice lady called Lauren who was also very approachable. Both Neil and Lauren were very friendly, informative and professional. They are a credit to DFS. I ended up buying some lovely new furniture which is due to be delivered in November. Thank you to all the staff involved and your customer service.
