Fantastic Customer Service from Ateeq at DFS Stockton. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere to browse. Not pressurised by staff whilst browsing but Ateeq was on hand when we asked for assistance. All staff very pleasant but Ateeq in particular stood out to us as a very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly person happy in his job. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and guided us through our purchase skilfully. A pleasure doing business.

Michael in particular was extremely helpful, therecwas no 'hard sell' and he was genuinely interested in what we wanted, gave us plenty of time to try out all the sofas and also suggested suitable alternative options for us to consider.
