Would 10/10 recommend! Our first time at dfs n I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. My & my partner are just moving into our new property & was in need of a new couch. We was picky when it come to finding the right couch due to having a little one on the way 😅 We was greeted by Darren who’s customer care is exceptional. Couldn’t fault the service one bit & was super easy & straight forward when come to ordering the couch that suited us 🙂

I knew which sofa I wanted, so I was just going to browse and sit to make sure. I made my mind up to get the sofa there and then seeing the 0%APR for the 4 years.
The staff at speke all said hi when they seen me and was welcoming. I managed to get a member of the team pretty quick. Hos name was Callum . He was polite and to the point, on noticing my son was making it a little hard for me to talk, he offered to send him to sit on the electronic sofas, which he did. Made everything so much easier to speak and get the sofa ordered. Cal also took me through the agreement and no hidden costs, and the costs what would be added which is great. Even spoke to reassure me there was one sofa on order after noticing on the app there was two.
