Good product,
Salesperson was amicable and appeared to go out of his way to get our furniture delivered faster and see if a particular model of pillow/soft good was still available. Item was of high quality. Delivery was fast, within the stated window, and the tradesmen transported and assembled the furniture as tasked.

Extremely knowledgeable member of staff who was also very friendly snd very experienced with excellent customer service skills. He took his time to show and demonstrate products, explaining everything from sofa maintenance to the monthly payments very clearly and honestly. This level of service is sadly dying out so was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.
