Ahmed was very helpful
Ahmed was very helpful, talked us through everything we needed to know, explained all the delivery options and made sure we were happy with everything. A very friendly young man and not pushy. We had been into the store previously and made a decision on what we wanted, he doubled checked all our measurements and made sure that we understood what the options would be should the sofa not fit, (removing arms etc).

Sales representative name was Tanya from DFS very very efficient very thorough explaining everything else with regards to the sofa the after-care how to puff up the sofa cushions and with regards to the finance. Very very pleased would always buy from her again if we were to buy another sofa in the near future.

Sofa completely lost shape few weeks…
Sofa completely lost shape few weeks after delivery it looks terrible foam falling apart inside had 3 visits for repairs and now being told I can't have a replacement
Would never buy from DFS again using cheap material but charging thousands for sofas but when something goes wrong takes months to speak to a manager can honestly say I wish I never bought the sofa so disappointed init the quality is shocking
Save your money and go else where
Only option that was given to me was to allow another repair after I had already done so being told that was my only option
