We have been looking for a new sofa for a long time. Faisal at DFS in slough was very calm, patient and polite throughout the whole sales process. He explained everything step by step and was very professional throughout. He did not push us into buying which I believe is very important, as this has put me off in the past when I have walked into sofa shops. Overall an excellent experience with Faisal. I look forward to receiving my goods.

Found the Recliner to match my Sofa!
I managed to quickly find exactly the style and colour Recliner chair displayed instore that I have been looking for to match my sofa. I was helped by J.K. on 3 separate occasions as the E-signature for monthly future payments would not complete online so I had to go back instore where J.K. sorted the issue in a fast and professional manner. He was very polite and friendly at all times and managed to find the item I was looking for in the colour I wanted without trying to push for a more expensive style. Payment was eventually completed in full which was easier than waiting for the Credit Company to sort themselves out!. Coffee was provided and J.K did not rush me as I am mobility disabled. The Slough store is well stocked with all colours and styles and Disabled parking was easy. The other staff were also polite - I am extremely pleased with the service I received and I look forward to the delivery of my new Recliner chair in June.
