Can’t remember the names of the two members of staff at the Sheffield branch on the 20/04/26 at around 18:30 - hoping that helps identify them both! But they both helped us order our sofa, coffee table & side table and was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks for your help!

I don't like it when assistants follow…
I don't like it when assistants follow you around the store so was a bit apprehensive when entering but I'm pleased to say we weren't approached . Staff were friendly and helpful. The chap that dealt with us was called Flo, again friendly and helpful.

The perfect sofa
Already had our first settee from Dfs and cannot fault the service, workmanship as definitely stood the test of time, so choosing another was a no brainier fantastic service no pushy sales people,Chloe and the team were fantastic got plenty of advise before making the decision for a new one. Would highly recommend.
