Great staff
Went in today with the view of narrowing down which sofa we wanted, staff were welcoming and friendly but didn’t not push sales on us. We walked round on our own and they were there to help us when we were ready. Very professional and knowledgable staff

As soon as we walked through the door we was made to feel welcome, not the pushy sales team you sometimes get to the freedom to walk around and then approach one of the sales team. The male salesman the we dealt with was great and very knowledgeable of the item we was looking at. Would give him 10 out of 10

The lady that assisted us with our order was friendly and helpful. She gave us all the information we’d need about delivery, installation and tracking our order. She gave valuable advice and recommendation on caring for and maintenance of the furniture. It was a pleasure to shop at DFS.

Ordered the foster 3 seat recliner and foot stool the delivery guys were spot on arranged the sofa exactly where i wanted it there was a missing sofa car kit products but i emailed customer support and the care kit arrived the next day brilliant service from start to finsh
