Won't be using dfs again the Rotherham…
Won't be using dfs again the Rotherham store just want to get the sale . We delayed our delivery until 1st of july as we would be on holiday and the staff in the store said that would be fine but while on holiday we get an email saying it will be delivered on 24th june and all we get is its not a storage facility . The Rotherham store staff shouldn't have agreed to the delay then . Updated..store tried to ring because they got the international ringtone they hung up and thats the point of the complaint because we are away and if its delivered there will be no body in the house

Very happy with the customer service
Wasn’t expecting such good service from a high street shop but got a great deal, went in with a budget and got what I needed. I think the staff member was called Mia or something similar, she was lovely and extremely helpful.

Smooth transaction
We were sold the sofa from a sales assistant who was Romanian. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Nice easy smooth transaction and a nice coffee too . Fab!!!

From the moment I walked in, the entire process was incredibly easy to follow and completely stress-free. I felt well-informed every step of the way, with all my questions answered clearly so I could make the perfect choice with total confidence.
A special shoutout to Maya, who looked gorgeous and was super friendly throughout the entire visit! Her warm personality and excellent customer service made the whole experience really enjoyable, including the cheeky little upsell attempt on the optional care plan which brought about a good chuckle! Very much looking forward to receiving my new sofa. Once again, big thank you to Maya and her colleagues!

Great customer service and beautiful settee
The young man was very helpful, informing us of the aspects of the settee, he went through the add ons and showed us a settee with easy glide which is ideal for us. He explained the guarantee and delivery and set up. Also got a cup of tea! Brill service, cannot wait for it to arrive.
