Amazing customer service. Faisal khan really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us when purchasing the sofas. He spoke through all the options and accommodate our needs for us. He was very patient and happy to help us. Really recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience at DFS while purchasing my sofa. The lady who assisted me was extremely honest, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood all the options available before making my decision.
Her friendly attitude and genuine honesty made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference, and I truly appreciate her support. I am very happy with both the service and my purchase. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Excellent Service
There was a very good range of sofas on display in the showroom, and the salesman (Khan) was very helpful and knowledgeable about both products we were interested in. He took us through the order/delivery process, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly and answered any questions we had. He certainly made the process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with - DFS are luck to have such an excellent salesman.
