DFS Furniture - Romford Anmeldelser 

Adil from the Romford store was very attentive and professional in my order.

I loved the sofa I purchased, which was delivered today, with very friendly and professional sofa installers.

However, the salesperson I dealt with at Romford DFS was incredibly sexist and very rude to me. I paid for the sofa, but he repeatedly ignored me and spoke to my male partner.

This salesperson needs to do better, as we live in 2026, not the 18th century.

Staff was very helpful, and went through every detail.

Choosing a sofa you have to make sure you get the right one and when we was looking we was blown away with the ted baker range we had the lovely Veronica who was very helpful and had amazing customer service we went away think about what decision to make after a couple of hours we went back to see Veronica again and made our purchase very happy experience and delightful looking forward to my new sofa

A very good experience at the Romford branch. We got approached but there was no pressure. When we were ready to purchase our sofa, we were treated so well. We were offered refreshments (the cappuccino was lovely!) and everything was explained clearly to us. We already know the quality of DFS sofas are amazing so we knew it was money well spent!

The staff didn’t hassle us they allowed us to walk round and have a good look when we had decided there was somebody immediately available. We was offered a hot drink.
The gentleman explained everything to us regarding different fabrics different colours he talked to us through the Care plan nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t feel pressured into buying and we didn’t feel pressured on time.

Our Salesman, Aadil, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. Aadil spent a lot of time and patience in assisting us to select our purchase.

Had a lovely lady help with all the sizes of the furniture and the different chairs, sofas and corner units available in my preferred choices. Once I’d decided which furniture I wanted she introduced me to Adil who took me through everything and processed my order, Adil was very informative and helpful. On the whole it was a very enjoyable experience choosing my new furniture.

The gentleman who assisted me was very experienced and personable. He was able to help me visualise the sofa I wanted and need in my new property with options that best suited our family. I was very happy for his advise as I feel I may have made the wrong decisions with out his thoughtful approach and questions of my needs. He explained everything throughly and made sure I had a coffee and was relaxed.
Would highly recommend him and DFS should be proud to have him on board.

Adil, your employee, was very polite and well mannered, helpful showing me the different 2 and 3 seat options. Also called me shortly after placing order to reclarify it as realised it had gone through with my 2nd choice colour not 1st choice.

Great range of sofas! Each sofa had very nice interior surrounding it and felt very high end. Kahn was very helpful and friendly and we purchased our dream sofa ok the spot. Delivery time is in only 6 weeks too!
