Aga was really helpful and knowledgeable with all questions asked. She gave us all possible options with no pressure to commit to buy. In the end, we found the sofa combination we like and we’re happy we made a purchase. I would recommend a 10 out of 10 for Aga’s customer service interaction.

Great Service with a smile!
We were assisted in with our purchase today by Sarah, she approached us when we entered the store, explained where things were and what we needed to know about fabrics, colours, and seat combinations, then left us alone to wander and view. She kept a respectful distance while we browsed, and made it clear she was available for help when we needed it. We left the store as we had others to look around, but came back pretty quickly with our minds made up! Sarah was extremely helpful and really made the whole experience seem so easy and simple. She talked us through all the extras and finance, and explained in great detail the benefits of the additional insurance, she was very knowledgeable and clearly loves her job! We're really happy with our purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah. We hope not to need another sofa for a long time, but will definitely recommend Sarah to help friends or family! What a superstar rep DFS have there!
