Great support
Served by Chloe at Peterborough DFS and give her a 10 for customer service. She made me feel comfortable and gave me time to look at options to choose before making my purchase. Everything was well explained. Enjoyable experience. The only downside is no air conditioning in the store which was a struggle when walking about looking at options. Definitely need some sort of cooling system in there!

Absolutely appalling quality sofa , staff and manager at Peterborough branch are rude all promise call backs and nothing ever comes back. took 20 weeks to repair my grandfathers sofa to a poor standard and the sofa has broke again the manager is great at lip service but not at actioning any complaints not a single complaint has been raised even though I have asked multiple times would totally avoid this company as they scam old people into buying their poor quality sofas and then their service guys who come out are extremely rude and come across aggressive , AVOID AT ALL COSTS ,

Excellent service from Ben
We purchased a sofa set and Ben was so helpful explaining our options to us , he was very helpful and explained everything in detail .
We were back to purchase two days later again Ben explained everything in detail about delivery and care and protection of our product.

Chloe was very welcoming and helpful answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease.
She went above expectations as we had to figure out the cushion sizes due to making sure we could change them for non feather ones when they arrived.
