Amazing staff in Oxford store
Excellent customer service in DFS Oxford. Very friendly staff, allowing us to walk around and choose the right sofa without any pressure. Very good at demonstrating all the characteristics of the sofas that we were interested. At the end we bought an amazing sofa that suits for me and my partner. Definitely the best sofa store.

Fantastic experience
Darren was fantastic! My partner and I had a wander around the showroom and was then approached by Darren, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for and at a great price, which was an even bigger bonus! We can’t wait to put our new sofa in our new house!

Sid made us feel welcome in store, not pushy or overbearing - just a genuinely nice guy. He went over and above to help us and found the sofa we wanted.
Can’t recommend giving him a visit enough! He was amazing.

Great store with great selection
Store was larger than I thought, so had a great selection. Had time to wander around without being hassled and try sitting/reclining on furniture to see if it suited. Salesman was very friendly (shame though that he seemed to be the only one working so had to wait for him to finish with another customer), informative and re-assuring on some of the points I had concerns over i.e. delivery and collection of old furniture.

Great Customer Service
Attended the store knowing which sofa I wanted, but wanted to see the set up in a corner style... I reorganised their whole display to picture what the corner sofa would look like (using a 3 & 2 seater). No issues with moving the furniture around. Staff were friendly and helpful. And explained the whole purchasing process easily and at a great pace.

Upon entering the store at Botley Road in Oxford we were welcomed by a very nice lad.he gave us a drink and made choosing the suite we were looking for very easy. He just made us feel important and never rushed us. He went through everything and explained what it meant.

Everything was well and good when…
Everything was well and good when approached to buy sofa at showroom. However, afterwards nothing went well. Ordered placed only after confirming that the sofa will be delivered on 17/02/24 as we had house warming function at home on 18/02/24. Person at store confirmed that sofa is ready in store and will be delivered on requested date.
A person from DFS called on 16/02/23 saying that they cannot deliver the sofa on 17th and it is placed for delivery on 20 th of feb. But I specifically mentioned him that I need the sofa on 17 th as above given reason and they already have the sofa available in their store. We are very disappointed with the service and will not trust this company anymore.
