The service provided by Dennis was excellent . He was helpful informative polite and friendly . I have only knocked one star off as I thought delivery charge was high , but this was no reflection on Dennis who was professional and approachable .

As a first-time buyer with DFS, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process.
A special thank you to Earl, who was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect sofa. He took the time to answer all my questions, offered excellent advice, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Disappointing After Sales
Very disappointed with the service we received. After placing the order the assistant assured us she would call with a follow up. I received an email to say DFS are expecting my sofa only to receive a phone call a week later to say it wasn’t ordered which has now put my delivery date back. All nice to you in the shop but after sales is non existent!
