If I had more space to buy more sofas I would!…
Jacquie was absolutely wonderful from the moment we entered the store, asked if we had anything in mind and pointed us in the right direction to let us browse with no pressure and she was right there as soon as we were ready to chat about our choice. She offered us a coffee and got us comfy while we went through our options, felt so relaxed and settled and left feeling so good about our decision and the choice we’d made as well as just feeling good in general after having a lovely chat as it truly felt interested in getting to know us and our needs surrounding our sofa choice! Kate was very professional and efficient. She explained everything in detail and asked a colleague to check all details prior to booking, as she explained once ordered the details could no longer be changed or cancelled. Kate also explained various options which was very helpful as we hadn’t realised that the range had a slightly smaller version which suited our needs better.

I went to the store with 3 sofas in mind. Received a warm and friendly welcome, and pointed in the right direction of what I was looking for. All staff are very helpful and give you time and space to look around. The 4 years interest free makes it affordable and a very quick process. Can’t wait to receive my sofa and only 5 weeks to wait
