A good experience at Luton store
The Luton store is well laid out, immaculately clean and welcoming. Staff welcoming, friendly, helpful, not at all intrusive or pushy. Product choice good, prices not the cheapest, but quality seems good.

Well my Mum has very specific needs in light of her poor health. I think we found the absolute best sofa tailored to her needs. The Gentleman that served us was very patient as we did not settle on a sofa until we had tried many. Very polite and professional.

We brought a 2 seater and armchair from…
We brought a 2 seater and armchair from DFS, and this is a very comfortable sofa and we were very pleased with the colour. However when we purchased this the sales assistant Henna, The sales assistant service was ok overall, however we think the DFS staff may need a little more training on service, as our service assistant asked us to leave a good review for commission, which we found not professional. The delivery of the sofas went very well however the delivery people did not set up with chase remotes and left us to figure out how to work them, they are still not working.
