Gave me all the details clearly was patient with me and able to give recommendations

We didn't get told how much the delivery would cost if we knew we would of not got the sofa we found out after we paid and got pressured to buy extra stuff

Have to say the experience in DFS inverness was great, you were left to your own devices to look around, with Barbara checking in with us from time to time, when we had narrowed it down to 3 choices we asked Barbara for guidance with options and costs. She was exceptional, explained everything clearly, and made clear the extras so nothing was a surprise, also made clear that the optional extras were just that, optional. There was never any pressure and she was happy to go at our pace. We had decided we were buying one today, so probs made her day easier, but she was key in ensuring we got the one most suited to us and our needs, even went out of her way to offer other options but also making clear the delivery impact. We needed one pretty quick, and she clearly indicated the express delivery option sofas, and was clear with the time frames for those sofas. So all in all, experience was as i said, exceptional, and if you can get Barbara to guide you, you wont be lost, dare i describe her a a sherpa of the sofa mountain world!!

My reclining chairs developed a problem with the leather fabric after a year, dfs sent someone out to repair. The same problem arose in the same place 18 months later, warranty with dfs had expired so the insurance, purchased with the chairs, sent someone out to repair again. Same issue 11 months later, but now guardsman insurance have said my insurance does not cover this problem although it did cover the same problem two years ago. My guardsmen insurance is still valid until 2027. Dfs have been absolutely no help at all and told me to arrange for an upholster to come out at my own expense to fix the problem they should have fixed 3 years ago. If the issue had been identified and resolved when it first arose I would not have had to deal with such a stressful and ultimately expensive situation. So while I had a very positive experience when buying the furniture, dfs have absolutely no after sales care and you are basically on your own if problems arise in the future. The insurance they sell you is a complete waste of money. Avoid this company.

From start to finish service was great not pushy but was on hand to tell me everything I wanted to know I would highly recommend Barbara in your Inverness store an asset to your company.

First saw it in the branch and went home and thought about it……. Did the rest on line and was easy enough.

The gentleman who served us didnt hassle us...left us to look, checked couple times if we needed more info, was very knowledgeable about the furniture, chatty, warm , friendly, talked with us not at us.....excellent. Couldnt fault at all. Deserves the praise.

From my first visit, where Harry was very helpful & informative, to my second where Jenny helped me pick my suite, giving constructive advise & information & Helena helped with the sale, I was very impressed with DFS. No one was ever pushy, they were able to answer any questions I had, & it all went smoothly - even after I changed my mind on the type of leather & colour once I got home! A phone call to DFS enabled Jenny to call me within the hour, & it was a simple change before the order went through. Loads of choice of sofas, lovely showroom in Inverness & lovely, friendly sales assistants. Highly recommend.

Harry was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. There was a fantastic selection of suites. I found the suite that was suitable for my home.

Lovely friendly member of staff met us. She gave us lots of options on our chosen sofa. We had a cup of tea and decided what we wanted. The member of staff explained what happens next and about the sofa cover we signed up for.

Highly recommend, this is our 3 sofa with dfs and the customer service is just outstanding. We got help from Jen today at Inverness . Needed a new sofa asap due to an unexpected incident with our current sofa to due our dog. Hence having to get a new one. We received amazing customer service from Jenn and she went over and beyond for us to get our new sofa today. Thank you so much Jen and dfs for your service and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

We went in a few times before we were sure what we realy wanted all the members of staff were very helpful and patient perfect shopping experience.
