My wife and were looking for new sofas , we visited 4 shops and the lady that served us in DFS(kerrie) was by far the most helpful and most knowledgable , she was able to answer all our questions , if you need furniture I would recommend DFS in hove easy 10 out of 10 , can’t wait for my new sofas , great job 👍

Our sales assistant Kerry was very kind and patient. They allowed us as a family to make the right choice and ensured it would suit our needs perfectly. Great guidance given about aftercare and who to contact about problems. Couldn’t fault the sales staff, not pushy just welcoming and keen to hear our thoughts, a real asset to the company.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing, they gave us room to look around without pestering. Jess was incredibly helpful and very friendly and polite. They also had a great range of different types of sofas whereas other places I have been the sofas were all very similar.

My first big purchasing after getting a flat and everyone I spoke to and talk to were not only help full (sensing it was all over whelming making sure it could get it my flat) but down to earth. They talked me through every detail and even triple checked the process of getting in my flat and coming up with solution.
