Didn't actually go to the shop but ordered a new mattress online, choose a silent night, as I've heard a lot about them,it took about a week to deliver from ordered, happy with my purchase

Ideal Corner Sofa and Footstool
The store had exactly the sort of sofa and footstool on display that we're looking for and in the correct colour. It was also still at the original offer price that we'd seen 8 weeks earlier. The sales staff were both very helpful and informative about our additional protection options.

Josh was extremely helpful
Josh was extremely helpful. We had seen a sofa online that we wanted to look at. Although that particular one was not on display, he showed us a very similar one and explained the differences and showed us a swatch of the material colour that we were interested in. He was very pleasant and efficient.

We went back to Guildford as Josh had helped my daughter several times when she had gone into the store to ask questions about the sofa she liked.
We placed the order with Josh and everything was covered from delivery to maintenance of the sofa.
Great experience and very helpful staff, we would use them again.
